The Pineapple Express Train Tour at Dole Plantation costs extra ($13.75 adults, $11.75 children ages 4–12) and runs depending on group size. Pearl Harbor does not allow purses or bags; on-site storage is $7 per bag. Sites may close due to stormy weather, and pre-arranged USS Arizona Memorial boat passes are not guaranteed.

Cancel or change up to 24 hours before tour commencement without penalty. No-shows and changes or cancellations within 24 hours are subject to a full charge. No refunds once a tour has commenced. Inter-island flights are non-refundable.
