The National Park Service does not guarantee pre-arranged USS Arizona Memorial boat passes; you may use the walk-up line (typically about an hour). Meals, gratuities, and transportation to/from Kahului Airport are not included, and airfare overage fees may apply—clarify any additional payment with Greetwell before booking.
Cancellation Policy
Changes and cancellations are allowed up to 24 hours prior to tour commencement without penalty. No-shows and changes or cancellations within 24 hours are subject to a full charge. No refunds are available once a tour has commenced. Inter-island flights are non-refundable.
