Purses and bags are not allowed inside Pearl Harbor; bag storage is available for $7.00 each. Pearl Harbor is self-guided, with park rangers available to answer questions. Pre-arranged Arizona Memorial boat passes are not guaranteed; you may use the walk-up line (typically about an hour).

Changes and cancellations allowed up to 24 hours prior to tour commencement without penalty. No-shows and changes or cancellations within 24 hours are subject to a full charge. No refunds once a tour has commenced. Inter-island flights are non-refundable; airline fare overage or change fees up to $250 plus fare difference may apply.

Bring a government-issued photo ID (U.S. citizens) or a valid passport (international visitors). Provide your full name, birthdate, and gender when booking, and make sure they exactly match your ID for airline check-in.
Plan for an early departure (about 6:00–6:15AM) with arrival on Oahu around 6:45–7:00AM. Check in at least 1 hour prior to departure.
Wear comfortable clothes and covered shoes. Swimwear isn’t allowed at Pearl Harbor, and appropriate dress and conduct are expected.
