Pearl Harbor, USS Arizona, transport
Trace the history of December 7, 1941, at Pearl Harbor before continuing through Honolulu. Round-trip transportation is provided.
USS Arizona Memorial: The highlight of this tour is when you get admission to the National Park Service’s theater to view a 23-minute movie documentary on the bombing of Pearl Harbor and then you will board the US Navy shuttle boat to travel out to the USS Arizona Memorial.
King Kamehameha Statue: Stop for photos with one of Oahu’s most iconic statues. Kamehameha the Great was the King who united the Hawaiian Islands under one rule.
National Memorial Cemetery of the Pacific: Home of the Unknown solider, “Punchbowl Cemetery”, so nicknamed because of it’s shape, serves as a memorial to honor those men and women who served in the United States Armed Forces, and those who have given their lives in doing so.
Iolani Palace (Pass By): ʻIolani Palace was the royal residence of the rulers of the Kingdom of Hawaii beginning with Kamehameha III under the Kamehameha Dynasty and ending with Queen Liliʻuokalani under the Kalākaua Dynasty, founded by her brother, King David Kalākaua.
Downtown Honolulu (Pass By): Enjoy a narrated tour through downtown Honolulu, including the business district, Chinatown and even what was once a bustling “red light district”.
Washington Place (Pass By): Now the residence of Hawaii’s Governor, Washington Place is where Queen Liliuokalani was arrested at the overthrow of the Hawaiian Kingdom.
Hawaii State Capitol (Pass By): The unique architecture of this building makes it one to see. Columns representing palm trees, a cylindrical center to represent the volcanoes, all surrounded by water!

Honolulu, HI, US
Standing at the edge of Pearl Harbor, you feel the weight of December 7, 1941 long before you read a single exhibit panel. The Pearl Harbor Historic Sites Visitor Center is the gateway to a landscape where history is still visible in the water and the sky. From this central hub on Oahu's south shore, the Pearl Harbor Historic Sites Visitor Center connects you to the USS Arizona Memorial, the Battleship Missouri, and the Pacific Aviation Museum, each telling a different chapter of a day that changed the world.
Honest reviews here tell a pretty mixed story. When things go well, they go really well. Guides like Keith and Tosha stand out repeatedly, bringing genuine enthusiasm, deep historical knowledge, and real personality to the Pearl Harbor and Honolulu City tours. Travelers who connected with these guides came away genuinely moved by the experience, particularly at Pearl Harbor. That said, there are some consistent patterns worth knowing before you book. Reliability is a real concern, with multiple travelers reporting last-minute cancellations and late pickups, particularly for airport transfers and scheduled tours. Customer service interactions also draw frequent criticism, with several reviewers describing phone staff as dismissive or unhelpful when problems arose. The destination itself, especially Pearl Harbor, is universally praised as worthwhile and meaningful. If you do book, it may be worth confirming details ahead of time and having a backup plan in place, just in case logistics don't go smoothly. The quality of your experience may depend heavily on which guide you get.
I had Gary as my driver both for pick up and drop Off, he was so helpful letting me know where my baggie claim was and taught me a lot about Hawaii on our drives together. He’s amazing at his job, this company is lucky to have him! Thank you Gary 🤙
