- Windy conditions or extremely high tides may cause the U.S. Navy to cancel shuttle boats to the USS Arizona Memorial; no refunds are provided in this event
- Wheelchairs at the Pearl Harbor Visitors Center and Battleship Missouri are available first come, first served
