Cancellation policy
If weather is inclement, the captain may reschedule or cancel; if the captain cancels, your initial payment is refunded. No cancellations based on forecasts; a go/no-go decision is made 1 hour before departure. Guest cancellations are fully refundable up to 14 days before; nonrefundable within 14 days.
