- Meet your guide at the Former Warders Residence at Pentridge Prison Tours. Depart at 10:30, 11:30, 12:30, 13:30 or 14:30 for the 'Hell' Division Cell Block Tour, or at 18:30 or 20:30 for the 'Hell' Division Cell Block Night Tour.
- Explore Pentridge Prison's H Division on a 1-hour 30-minute guided tour. The 'Hell' Division Cell Block Night Tour explores the division at night.
- Return to Pentridge Prison Tours. Day tours finish at 12:00, 13:00, 14:00, 15:00 or 16:00; night tours finish at 20:00 or 22:00, depending on your departure time.

- Day tour: ages 5+ only. Adult rates apply from age 16
- Night tour: ages 16+ only
- Anyone aged under 18 requires an accompanying paying adult
- Day tours run Thursday–Sunday; night tours run Thursday–Saturday. Both run daily during Victorian school holidays and are closed on Good Friday and Christmas Day
- Arrive 15 minutes before your selected departure time
