Important details
- Return the bike by 5:30pm
- Late returns incur a $10 per-bike fee; returns more than 30 minutes late also incur an overnight charge
- Returns after 10:30pm incur a second-day charge
- A liability waiver is required for you and any minors in your care
- You are responsible for damage, including parts, labor, and surcharges for scratches, impacts, or wrecks
- Children must wear the provided helmet under state law
Cancellation Policy
Cancel by 5pm 3 calendar days before pickup for a refund minus $10 per bike and the booking fee. Cancel by 5pm the day before pickup for a 50% refund minus the booking fee. Later cancellations are nonrefundable, except when the hourly rain forecast exceeds 30% between 10am and 5pm on your ride day.
FAQs
Share your fit measurements and pedal needs before pickup to set up your bike close to your usual ride. Without measurements, seat height can be adjusted on arrival; stem and other significant changes are not available without advance measurements.
Your bike rental includes a helmet and enough locks to secure your group's bikes.
Pick up your performance road bike the prior evening at no extra charge.
