Important details

• Lead booker must be age 18 or older
• Riders ages 2 and older are welcome
• Children age 13 and under must wear a provided life jacket throughout the charter
• Requires boarding the front of the boat via a step ladder unassisted; feet will get wet
• Wear water shoes or remove your shoes to board
• Maximum combined passenger weight is 1,755 lbs
• Fishing requires a North Carolina fishing license and your own fishing equipment
• Alcoholic beverages are permitted only for ages 21 and older and must stay in coolers until the charter is underway
• Glass bottles and glass containers are not permitted
