- Wear sturdy footwear; flip-flops and sandals are not allowed
- Do not bring drugs, alcohol, beer, wine, guns, tasers, fireworks, or weapons
- Expect limited cell phone coverage; AT&T works best, while Verizon has little to no service
- Respect areas that are off limits for safety
Cancellation Policy
Cancel at least 30 days before your scheduled tour. Within 30 days, you may reschedule; no exceptions apply to tours booked within 30 days. If a concert or other large event cancels the tour, it will be rescheduled at a discounted rate.

Wear sturdy walking or running shoes or boots; flip-flops and sandals are not allowed. In fall and winter, dress warmly because the prison can be up to 10 degrees cooler inside. Bring cameras, video cameras, or digital recorders if you want to document your investigation.
