- Expect a hot, loud studio; ages 13+ are recommended due to the equipment and heat
- Minors under 18 must attend with a parent or legal guardian for the full session
- Complete and sign a participation waiver before class begins
- Wear breathable natural-fiber clothing, such as jeans and a cotton T-shirt; avoid polyester, rayon, and other synthetics
- Wear closed-toe shoes and leave jewelry at home
- Arrive sober; intoxication may result in forfeiture of your enrollment
