Know before you go
- Ages 13+ are recommended due to the equipment size and heat
- Participants under 18 must attend with a parent or legal guardian for the full session
- Complete and sign the participation waiver before class begins
- Wear breathable natural-fiber clothing, such as jeans and a cotton T-shirt
- Closed-toe shoes are required; sandals and flip-flops are not allowed
- Leave jewelry at home
- Do not attend intoxicated; enrollment may be forfeited
Cancellation Policy
Full refund if you cancel 21+ days before class. 50% refund if you cancel 8–20 days before. No refund if you cancel within 7 days.

Street parking is usually easy to find, though nearby construction may affect access. Allow extra travel time, as class time cannot be extended for late arrivals.
