- Arrive 30 minutes before your scheduled time for check-in, weight verification, and a safety briefing

- Participants under 18 must be accompanied by a participating adult
- Combined kayak weight limit: 500 lbs
- All participants must sign a liability waiver before the activity
- No pets are permitted
- Alcohol is for ages 18+ only; intoxication before or during the rental is not permitted
- Light rain or passing showers do not stop the activity; lightning or high winds may require postponement or cancellation
Cancellation Policy
Cancel or reschedule at least 72 hours before your reservation for a full refund. No refunds or rescheduling within 72 hours. No-shows forfeit the booking without a refund. If the operator remains open and you do not attend because of rain, this counts as a no-show.
