This shuttle is designed for groups with their own equipment. On multi-day trips, your vehicle will most likely be driven on the day you start.
Cancellation Policy
Non-refundable $10 per vehicle deposit. Refunds with 48+ hour notice (minus $10 per vehicle plus processing fees). No refund with less than 48 hours notice. Full credit or refund if the operator cancels due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances. No-shows charged full price.

Plan for delays on busy days. The latest guaranteed drop-off time is 5 pm.
Complete the Vehicle Shuttle form with your start date, time, and location; clear instructions on where to leave the vehicle and keys; and an emergency contact (do not list yourself as the emergency contact).
If the vehicle is not there when staff arrives after the time you listed on your form, your vehicle may be shuttled late or not at all.
