• Koalas & sandboarding 4WD adventure: ages 4+ only; children aged 0–3 cannot take part, including in the four-wheel-drive component
• Multilingual picnic stargazing tour: ages 6+ only. Children aged 6–12 require an accompanying paying adult
• The multilingual picnic stargazing tour is not wheelchair- or stroller-accessible
• Child tickets cover ages 4–12 on the two wildlife tours, New Norcia tour and 4WD adventure. Children aged 0–3 join free on the two wildlife tours and New Norcia tour
• Sunset Dinner and Stargazing tour: adult rates apply from age 16, despite the child ticket label. Senior tickets are for ages 65+
• On the multilingual picnic stargazing tour, bring only a small day pack or hand luggage, with a maximum baggage weight of 5 kg. The baggage limit is 15 kg on the New Norcia tour and 4WD adventure
• Weather may shorten the Sunset, stargazing & wildlife tour. Sunset and stargazing views depend on conditions
• Pickup times are confirmed in advance on tours with property pickup; shared transfers may run early or late
• Arrive 15 minutes before pickup for the multilingual picnic stargazing tour and Sunset Dinner and Stargazing tour. Arrive 10 minutes early for the other tours
• On the multilingual picnic stargazing tour, late arrivals and no-shows are not refunded
