Important details
- Parking is not included in the listed price; parking charges apply separately.
- You’re responsible for damage your party causes to the vessel or its equipment. Any security officers deemed necessary are also at your expense; these costs are not included in the listed price.
- Outside food, drinks, and catering are prohibited. Violating this rule incurs an additional charge equal to 50% of the total charter price, separate from the listed price.
- Consume catered food and drinks on board. Take-away food boxes and drink cups are not permitted, except for outside cakes and approved Riverwalk Cups.
- Expect security screening and searches before boarding. Wrapped gifts, boxes, and backpacks must be available for inspection; items that cannot be inspected are not allowed aboard.
- Leave firearms, knives, and other weapons behind. Boarding may be refused if you are intoxicated, under the influence, or considered a safety risk. Beverage service may also be refused for intoxication.
- Invitations and tickets require approval before printing. Giveaway prizes require prior approval, and any performances you arrange require prior written approval.
- The vessel may be changed based on capacity or availability.
- Allow time to park before boarding; the ship cannot wait for late arrivals.
Cancellation Policy
Bookings are non-refundable and non-transferable. If weather or other covered disruptions prevent the charter, it will be rescheduled within six months. If rescheduling is not possible, all amounts paid are refunded. If the vessel cannot leave the dock or returns early but food and beverages can still be provided, no refund applies.
