Things to know
Drivers and passengers must complete the required rider check-in form before the ride. Every adult must fill it out and upload a driver’s license.
Cancellation Policy
Full refund if you cancel at least 7 days before the scheduled rental date. Cancellations less than 7 days in advance incur a 50% surcharge. No-shows incur a 100% cancellation fee. Bookings made within 7 days of the rental date are non-refundable.

Yes. You get a 10-minute grace period. After that, a late fee of $10 per minute applies. If the boat launch is occupied, the late fee will not be charged if customers are present.
