Important details

• Arrive 30 minutes early with all riders and drivers present for waivers and a safety briefing
• Drivers must be ages 25+ and hold a valid driver's license
• Bring your driver's license and the credit card used for the rental; the renter's name must match the card
• Passengers must be ages 10+; passengers ages 10–18 require a parent or legal guardian
• Only drivers listed on the rental agreement may operate the vehicle
• A $2,500 credit-card hold applies for the duration of the rental
• Barnwell Mountain day passes are required and not included in the listed price; complete the separate Barnwell waiver
• A Damage Protection Plan is included, but the renter is responsible for the first $2,500 of vehicle damage
• Donuts, jumping and excessive high speeds are prohibited
