Renting a Polaris Slingshot here has become a go-to highlight for visitors exploring Oahu, and it's easy to see why. The check-in process is quick and straightforward, often taking under 15 minutes, and staff members like Joshua and Alexander consistently get called out by name for being welcoming, patient, and genuinely helpful in getting renters comfortable before they hit the road. Canadian licenses are accepted, which is a handy detail for international visitors. The Slingshot itself draws most of the praise, with reviewers describing it as a head-turning, thrilling way to take in the coastline and scenery. Most people find a 2 to 4 hour rental hits the sweet spot, though those wanting to explore further afield tend to book longer. One thing worth knowing: the ride is firm and low to the ground, so if you have any neck or back sensitivities, it's worth factoring that into how long you plan to be out. Overall, the vibe here is relaxed, fun, and well-organized. The fleet is well-maintained, pricing is clear upfront, and the staff seem genuinely invested in making sure guests have a good time. For anyone looking to do something a little out of the ordinary in Waikiki, this one is hard to pass up.
I had a good experience. Rented an Indian for 8 hours. Rode it for 6.5. All the bikes I looked at had low mileage. They are kept in parking garage. Staff was very helpful. The only thing that would make the experience better is if you teach the home screen where to enter the parking garage- That took me 20+ minuted to find.
