Cancel up to 24 hours before start and forfeit only the 10% deposit paid at booking. Cancel within 24 hours and you owe the full amount with no refunds. For 3+ day or 3+ unit reservations: cancel up to 120 hours before start and forfeit the 50% deposit; within 120 hours, no refunds.
