- Drivers must be ages 21+ and hold a valid driver's license
- Passengers must be at least 42 inches tall
- For passengers under 18, the driver must be ages 25+
- Complete one liability waiver per machine and list all riders as passengers
- A mandatory gas charge applies based on rental duration and is not included in the listed price
- An 8.5% equipment use and maintenance fee is added and is not reflected in taxes and fees
- A $750 damage-deposit authorization is required on arrival by credit or debit card
- Late returns incur fees of $75 after 15 minutes, $150 after 1 hour, or the full-day rental cost after 2 hours
Cancellation Policy
Cancel 3 or more days in advance for a full refund. Cancel 1–2 days in advance for a 75% refund. Same-day cancellations and no-shows are non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled.
