Pollinator-Themed Animal Birthday Party in Rancho Santa Fe

Itinerary

• First 30 minutes: guests arrive and free play. Face painting would be at this time if it's part of your package.
• In this first 30 minutes anyone who didn't sign the waiver ahead of time will need to scan the one placed out there and fill it out in order to attend the party.
• Next 60 minutes: animal encounters. The group will travel to a nearby indoor classroom or outdoor presentation space depending on the animal being met.
• Last 60 minutes: food and cake and playtime.
• In the last 15 minutes of the party the Party Pro will go over the final headcount and invoice with you.

What's Included

• All packages: access to a fridge with freezer, sink, counter, projector screen, and audiovisual equipment
• All Inclusive and Ultimate: animal-print face painting above one eye, goody bags for child guests, animal-print paper goods, and animal-themed table centerpieces
• Ultimate: a 10-inch Nothing Bundt Cakes cake serving 18 people

Important details

• Ages 5+ only for petting reptiles.
• Personal pets are not permitted on the premises. Do not leave pets in vehicles on hot days.
• Additional attendees beyond your package's included count cost $10 each, settled through the final on-site headcount and invoice. This charge is not included in the listed price. Adults and children count toward attendance; the birthday child is free.
• A late fee of $50 per 30 minutes applies if your party remains after the end time, starting after the first 15 minutes. This fee is not included in the listed price.
• Wear closed-toed shoes around animals.
• Complete the participation waiver before attending; a scannable waiver is available on site.
• For parties over 50 people, some adults must remain in the main party space while children and accompanying adults attend classroom animal encounters.
• Non-birthday celebrations require management approval.
• Do not bring alcohol, open flames, jump houses, piñatas, confetti, loose glitter, or straw or hay bales.
• Keep balloons inside the event room. Use decorations that will not damage surfaces; do not attach them with pins, staples, or strong tape. Take your decorations with you when you leave.
• Do not move tables or equipment.
• Bring a USB drive with your media if you plan to use the audiovisual equipment.
• Enter Helen Woodward Way from San Dieguito Road; access from El Apajo is blocked by a gate. Drive no faster than 5 mph on the grounds.
• Arrive no more than 30 minutes before your party starts for setup. Ask your party attendees to arrive no earlier than the scheduled start time.
