Cancellation Policy
Cancel at least 24 hours before the luau for a full refund. Cancellations within 24 hours and no-shows are non-refundable. Rescheduling is allowed within 24 hours before the luau. The show runs in light rain, with ponchos provided. If the operator cancels due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances, you'll receive a full refund or credit.
