- Arrive at your Waikiki pickup location 10 minutes early. The shuttle can wait no more than 5 minutes
Cancellation Policy
Cancel at least 24 hours before the luau for a full refund. Late cancellations and no-shows are non-refundable. Rescheduling is allowed within 24 hours. Missed-bus rescheduling costs an extra $40 per person, subject to availability. The show runs in light rain; ponchos are provided. You'll receive a full refund or credit if the operator cancels for weather or other unforeseen circumstances.
