- Arrive 30 minutes before your rental start time for paperwork and boat orientation
- Renters and drivers must be ages 25+
- Motorized boating experience and the ability to dock the boat are required
- Operators born after January 1, 1982 need a Boating Safety Education Certificate from a National Association of State Boating Law Administrators-approved course
- Keep a working, fully charged cell phone turned on during your rental
- Return the boat by the contracted time; after a 10-minute grace period, a $250 late fee is charged to the credit card on file
- Expect tax in addition to the listed price
- Expect a $40–$80 cleaning fee if the boat is returned excessively dirty
- Leave pets, stoves, and grills behind; tubing and waterskiing are not allowed
- Drivers cannot consume alcohol, and rentals are unavailable to anyone who appears to have been drinking

Cancellation Policy
Cancel at least 72 hours before your reservation for a refund. Full refund only for hazardous weather conditions on the reservation date. No-shows are charged in full.
