• Arrive 15 minutes early for required safety and operation training, which takes 20–30 minutes
• Complete the required waiver before arrival
• Primary renters must be ages 30+ with a valid United States driver’s license
• Drivers born after January 1, 1988 require Florida boat-rental certification
• Boat use is limited to Choctawhatchee Bay, from 1 mile east of the 331 bridge to Crab Island; the Gulf of Mexico is prohibited

• Late returns incur a $50 fee for every 15 minutes
