- Bring your driver's license and, if required for your birth date, your boater's license
- Dogs are welcome
- Fuel is not included in the listed price. You'll leave with a full tank, and marina staff will refuel the boat on return. You'll be charged for the fuel used during your trip
- Late returns incur a fee of $50 for every 15 minutes overdue, separate from the listed price
- Bring life vests for children under 6 years old or under 90 lbs
- Weight capacity is based on an average of 150 lbs per person. Include coolers and equipment in the total load
- Stay within the permitted boating areas: Crystal River, Kings Bay, Three Sisters Springs, Hunter Springs, Shell Island and the designated scallop grounds, no farther than Rock Island
- Do not enter Salt River, Ozello, Homosassa, areas toward the Spoil Banks or Yankeetown, or waters beyond the designated scallop grounds and Rock Island

Cancellation Policy
Cancel at least 10 days before your rental for a full refund or credit. Within 10 days, your $100 deposit is forfeited and you may be charged the full rental unless the boat is re-rented. No-shows are charged full price. Rentals run rain or shine, with no weather refunds; rescheduling is available only for inclement weather.

FAQs
A boater's license is required if you were born after January 1, 1988. Bring it along with your driver's license.
Children under age 6 or under 90 lbs must wear a life jacket at all times while on board. Bring appropriately sized life jackets for them; adult life jackets are provided.
