- Ages 2–5 only; riders must weigh under 50 pounds
- Only one child may ride the pony at a time
- One adult age 18+ capable of walking the pony is required
- Wear closed-toe shoes for both the rider and adult walker
- Keep the adult walker focused only on the rider, without babies, strollers, or other children
- Wear the provided helmet
- Leave strollers, bicycles, and dogs behind
