• Do not drive on boardwalks, sidewalks, sand dunes, Highway 361 south of Avenue G, or into water or within 50 feet of a marina or other body of water
• Driving through water may result in a $2,000–$20,000 fine plus taxes and fees
• Refill the tank with regular unleaded gas unless prepaid fuel is included; otherwise, a $35 gas charge applies and is not included in the listed price
