- A valid driver’s license and valid auto insurance are required; names on your license, insurance, and card must match
- Only authorized drivers may operate the cart
- A credit or debit card is required for incidentals
- A card fee applies to your booking and is not included in the listed price
- A $300 security deposit may be collected upon arrival at the operator’s discretion and is not included in the listed price
- Rental access is unavailable for overnight beach stays, Pirate’s Bay, Hampton Inn & Suites, Gulf Waters RV, Seagull Condos, and Sandpiper Condos
- Rental access is unavailable for Gulf Shores, Mayan Princess, Lost Colony, Port Royal, Port A RV Resort, Paradise Pointe, and Mariner’s Drive
- Do not take the cart beyond mile marker 40, except to El Cortez, Cinnamon Shores North, or Cinnamon Shores South
- Do not drive on Highway 361
- Stay at least 100 feet from the water and do not drive into bays, boat docks, dunes, or off-road areas
- Driving into water results in a charge for the cart’s full value plus lost rental revenue; carts average $22,500
- Wear a seat belt whenever the cart is moving; children and other passengers cannot ride on another passenger’s lap
- Refill the gas tank before return or a $35 fuel charge will be applied to the card on file
Cancellation Policy
Cancel at least 72 hours before the reservation start time for a refund, less a $29 booking fee. No refunds are offered for inclement weather or early returns.

Riders of all ages are allowed on this 8-seat golf cart rental, subject to regular motor-vehicle rules. Each passenger must have their own seat belt; lap riding is not allowed.
Your rental starts with a full tank. Refill with regular unleaded gas unless you selected optional prepaid fuel.
Complimentary overnight parking is available at the rental facility if needed.
