- Passengers must be at least 6 years old, with feet that securely reach the footwells while seated, regardless of age.
- Swimming ability and comfort in and around the water are required.
- Drivers must meet applicable Florida boating safety education requirements. Bring a valid photo ID and any required boating safety certification or documentation to check-in.
- A $100 Safety & Rule Violation Fee may be charged separately for intentionally disregarding safety rules or guide instructions; it is not included in the listed price.
- Wear closed-toe water shoes; they are required and are not included.
- Arrive sober. Participation may be denied or your tour ended if impairment from alcohol, marijuana, drugs, or other substances is suspected.
- Complete the required waivers and participant information before departure. Complete the pre-ride safety briefing and orientation, and follow your guide's instructions throughout the tour.
- Stay within the approved riding area during supervised free-riding time. Your guide may shorten or end this time for unsafe riding or failure to follow instructions.
- Routes and departure times may change, and tours may be delayed or modified because of weather, water conditions, or other safety concerns.
- Arrive with enough time for check-in, paperwork, and the pre-ride safety briefing.
Cancellation Policy
Cancel 48+ hours ahead for a full refund or free reschedule; 24–48 hours ahead for a 50% refund or one free reschedule. Under 24 hours and no-shows are non-refundable. Late arrivals lose time without refund or extension. If the operator cancels for unsafe weather or water conditions, you'll be offered a full refund, credit, or free reschedule.
