Pearl Harbor enforces a strict no-bag policy. Photo ID is required for Ford Island; the Control Tower requires guests at least 42 inches tall, is not wheelchair accessible, and infants and toddlers are not permitted. Access to the Arizona Memorial may be unavailable on rare occasions; this tour does not operate on Christmas, New Year’s Day, or Thanksgiving.
What is the Pearl Harbor "No Bag" policy?
Wallet, cell phone, government ID, bottled water, and cameras are permitted. Only clear bags with visible contents are allowed; keep items minimal.
What should I wear?
Wear comfortable closed-toe walking shoes and respectful attire. Sunscreen is recommended.
Do I need a ticket to catch the bus?
Bring your voucher or picture ID. If you don’t have a ticket, your name will be on the passenger list.
How will I recognize the bus?
Vehicles display the Polynesian Adventure logo.
When and where will I get dropped off?
You will be dropped off where you were picked up.
Full refund with at least 48 hours’ notice before departure; no-shows are charged. One Day Tours and One Day Tours with Helicopter require 168 hours’ notice for a full refund. Once rebooked, no cancellations or refunds. No refunds for cancellations due to reasons outside operator control. Some tours require a minimum number of participants.
