Cancellation Policy
Cancellations more than 48 hours before the pass's first service day incur a 10% fee. Cancellations within 48 hours and no-shows are non-refundable. Once you use any portion of the pass, the entire pass is non-refundable. Allow 10–12 working days for refunds to your card.
