Important details
- Arrive no more than 10–15 minutes before departure and wait in your vehicle for your guide
- Arrange your own transportation; transportation is not provided and Uber or Lyft must not be used
- Access Snow Leopard via Grange Hall Road; Kauffman Lane is a dead end and must not be used
- Bring neck and face protection, such as a fleece neck gaiter, scarf or balaclava
- Ages 3+ only; children under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian
- Maximum combined passenger weight is 400 lbs per sled
- Not suitable for people with back injuries or for pregnant women
- Prepare for possible cancellation in temperatures below comfortable operating limits, such as -25°F

Receive a full refund when you cancel more than 7 days before the tour. Cancellations within 7 days incur a 20% fee. No refunds are issued within 24 hours, for same-day bookings, or for no-shows. A dated positive COVID test qualifies for a full refund. Emergencies may qualify for a full refund with proof.

Dress in layers with synthetic thermal base layers and a loose fleece midlayer. Bring water, a camera, and essential neck and face protection such as a fleece neck gaiter, scarf, or balaclava. Bring sunglasses on sunny days; goggles are optional.
Expect cold conditions. Interior temperatures typically average -10°F to -20°F on clear days and 10°F to 20°F on snowy days. This dog sledding tour may be canceled if temperatures fall below comfortable operating limits, such as -25°F.
