Important details
- Drivers must be ages 18+ with a valid driver’s license; drivers with passengers under 18 must be ages 25+
- Passengers must be at least 42 inches tall
- Complete one liability waiver per machine and list all party members as passengers
- Premium Damage Waiver is required and limits UTV/ATV damage liability to $1,500 per machine
- A $1,500 damage-deposit hold per machine is authorized on the day of your reservation; a credit or debit card is required
- Expect a mandatory gas charge, not included in the listed price, based on rental duration
- An 8.5% equipment use and maintenance fee and a 3% Utah State Bureau of Land Management fee are added to the listed price
Cancellation Policy
Cancel 3+ days in advance for a full refund. Cancel 1–2 days ahead for a 75% refund. Same-day cancellations and no-shows are nonrefundable and cannot be rescheduled.
