Tips aren’t included; a mandatory gas charge applies (amount varies—confirm with Greetwell before booking) and a $1,500 authorized damage deposit per machine is collected on arrival by credit/debit card.
Cancellation Policy
Cancel 3+ days in advance for a full refund. Cancel 1–2 days in advance for a 75% refund. Same-day cancellations and no-shows are non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled. Late returns: 15+ min $75, 1+ hr $150, 2+ hr full day rental cost.
