- Pickup time varies between 11:00am and 12:30pm. Arrive on time at your meeting point; arriving more than 10 minutes late may mean forfeiting your tour because of winery reservation schedules.
Cancellation Policy
For tours booked over a month ahead, a full refund minus taxes and fees may be available. Tours booked within a month may receive a partial refund or future-tour credit. No refunds within 72 hours; rescheduling may be available. If the operator cancels for weather, transportation issues or other circumstances beyond its control, you'll receive a full refund or future-tour credit.
