• A 20% captain gratuity is customary and may be added. It is not included in the listed price and can be settled directly with your captain.
• You are responsible for equipment damaged through negligence or misuse. Lost rods and reels are charged at current retail replacement value.
• Complete and sign the electronic liability waiver before departure; boarding requires a completed waiver.
• Bring food, drinks, sunblock, and any personal items you need.
• Follow the captain's safety and conduct instructions. Illegal drugs, excessive intoxication, and unsafe behavior are prohibited and may result in the charter ending.
• Do not use devices or apps to record, track, or share the boat's location, route, or fishing spots. Violations may result in the charter ending.
• Follow fishing regulations; the captain may release fish to ensure compliance.
• Photos or video of your charter may be used for advertising and marketing unless you opt out in writing before departure.
• Arrive 10 minutes before departure. Late arrival does not extend your scheduled charter.
