Cancellation Policy
48-hour cancellation policy. If you cancel less than 48 hours prior to departure, you risk forfeiting your entire charter fee. No-shows automatically forfeit the charter fee. Full refunds if Island Ferry cancels the trip for inclement weather.

FAQs
Your private snorkeling charter carries a maximum of 6 people total, including infants, regardless of age or weight. If more than 6 passengers show up, no more than 6 will be permitted on the boat and you risk forfeiting your charter fee.
Arrive at least 30 minutes before departure to check in. Trips leave promptly at the scheduled departure time.
Check in with Island Ferry staff wearing white shirts. Do not go to the marina store to check in.
