Full refund if you cancel 72+ hours before check-in. 50% refund if you cancel 48–72 hours before check-in. No refund if you cancel less than 48 hours before check-in. Full refund or reschedule if the operator cancels due to weather or sea conditions. A 15% fee may apply to reschedule with less than 48 hours’ notice.
