- Drivers must be ages 18+ with a valid driver's license
- Drivers must be ages 25+ when carrying passengers under 18
- Passengers must be at least 42 inches tall
- Complete one liability waiver per machine and watch the required off-road safety video
- A required Premium Damage Waiver limits damage costs to $1,500 per machine
- A $1,500 authorized damage-deposit hold per machine is required on a credit or debit card upon arrival
- A mandatory gas charge applies and varies by rental duration; it is not included in the listed price
- An 8.5% equipment use and maintenance fee and a 3% Utah Bureau of Land Management fee are added to the listed price
- Expect late-return charges of $75 after 15 minutes, $150 after 1 hour, and a full-day rental cost after 2 hours
Cancellation Policy
Cancel 3 or more days in advance for a full refund. Cancel 1–2 days in advance for a 75% refund. Same-day cancellations and no-shows are non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled.

Bring sunscreen, water, and snacks. You can also bring a swimsuit if you want to wade at the falls. Check current temperatures and weather conditions before you ride.
Drive if you’re 18+ and have a valid driver’s license. Passengers must be at least 42 inches tall. If any passenger is under 18, the driver must be 25+.
Plan for a mandatory gas charge based on the duration of your rental (clarify the amount with Greetwell before booking). You’ll also authorize a $1,500 damage deposit per machine on arrival by credit/debit card only. Tips are not included.
