Things to know

No shoes, glass beer bottles, red wine, chocolate, or spray sunscreen on board. Arrive 10–15 minutes early to complete paperwork. Transportation is not provided; paid harbor parking is available.

Each party must designate one individual as the “charterer,” who will make the single payment and assume full responsibility for the vessel and all guests. Under our demise charter (“bareboat”) policy, the charterer is required to provide their own captain, crew, provisions, fuel, and insurance. The charterer may bring up to 12 additional guests, for a total of 13 passengers, and this total must include the captain and any crew hired or brought on board.

For convenience, we recommend hiring a licensed captain and crew through Captain & Crew Aloha LLC, a separate company whose operators are pre-approved, experienced in Hawaii waters, and already included on our insurance policy. If hired, they will handle vessel operation, docking, provisions, fuel arrangements, charter and insurance paperwork, vessel orientation, and a full safety briefing. Their service includes one licensed captain and one crew member, which allows space for 11 additional guests including the charterer.
