Cancellations with at least 7 days' notice receive a 50% refund or credit. No refunds within 7 days. No-shows are charged the full price. If the operator cancels due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances, you'll receive a full refund or credit. Bringing a tracking device aboard may result in cancellation without a refund.

No. Gratuity is separate from the listed charter price. A tip of around 15% of the trip price is customary for the mate if you receive great service.
Yes. The mate will clean your fish when you return to the dock. A restaurant on the marina property can also cook your catch.
Bring enough food and drinks for your fishing trip, plus sunscreen and a camera. You can bring a small cooler or have your food and drinks iced down in one of the boat's coolers.
