Cancellation Policy
For non-weather cancellations at least 48 hours before departure, 90% of your deposit is refunded, less credit card processing fees; a 10% cancellation fee is retained. If the captain cancels for unsafe weather, you'll receive a full refund or rescheduling subject to yacht availability. Refunds in safe but less-than-ideal conditions are at management's discretion.
