- Children ages 3 and under must board wearing their own flotation devices. These are not provided.
- The captain/crew fee is not included in the listed price. You'll pay the captain directly at $125 per hour at the end of the charter, in cash or through a money transfer app. This fee covers water, ice, the ice chest, and fuel.
- Parking is paid and is not included in the listed price.
- Do not bring food or drinks containing red dye, including red wine, as they can stain the deck and upholstery.
- Avoid using bronzers for 48 hours before your charter to prevent upholstery stains.
- Smoking and drug use are not permitted aboard. Vaping is allowed.
- Complete the online waiver before boarding and share the waiver link from your confirmation email with everyone in your group.
This booking is for the whole experience, which fits up to 12 guests.
Cancellation Policy
Full refund with more than 14 days' notice; cancellations within 14 days are nonrefundable. For inclement weather, rescheduling or cancellation may be attempted at the captain's discretion. If the captain cancels, you'll receive a full refund. The weather decision is made 1 hour before departure. Canceling based on forecasts does not qualify for a refund.
