No drinking and swimming allowed. Charters may be cancelled on short notice due to weather or safety restrictions. Tips for the captain and crew are customary (20% or $10–$15 per person).
Cancellation Policy
Full refunds with 48 hours notice prior to departure; no refunds after. For parties of 8 or more, a 10% cancellation fee applies for cancellations 96 to 24 hours prior to departure.

Arrive early to check in at the shop. The crew aims to have everyone onboard and depart between 4:30–5:00 PM (later in summer), depending on the season.
Swim time is offered at the start of the cruise when weather permits. If conditions allow, you may stop at a shallow reef site for about 30–45 minutes, and flotation aids plus a floating lily pad are provided.
Yes. You may bring your own beverages, but no glass is allowed (use reusable flasks or aluminum cans). Coolers are provided with limited capacity.
