- Boarding or onboard service may be denied if you arrive intoxicated
- Requires walking on loose sand and climbing eight steps to board; not suitable for heavily impaired mobility
- Adults 18+ must complete an online waiver no later than 72 hours before departure; travelers 17 and under are included on a parent or guardian’s waiver
- A final passenger list is required 7 days before departure
- A Tradewind Sail service charge applies and is not included in the listed price
Cancellation Policy
Cancel 30+ days before your private charter for a full refund. Cancel 8–29 days before for a full refund less a 10% fee. Cancellations within 7 days and no-shows are nonrefundable. Bookings made within 24 hours of departure are not eligible for a refund. Full refund if the operator cancels due to weather or unforeseen circumstances.
