Itinerary

5:15 PM | Guests Arrive & Check In Guests arrive, check in at the front counter and complete any remaining waivers so everyone is ready to head into the Wildlife Discovery Zone right at 5:30.

5:30 PM | The Reptile Room After Hours Begins! The doors close to the public and your private experience begins! Your group gets a full 60 minutes inside the Wildlife Discovery Zone with one of our Wildlife Educators, meeting incredible animals up close, asking questions and enjoying hands-on interactions along the way.

6:30 PM | Time to Feed the Humans! After an hour with the animals, head to your reserved party space where 3 large pizzas and drinks are waiting. Enjoy dinner, cake or cupcakes, gifts and celebrating with your group.

7:00 PM | Party Wraps Up After 90 minutes of animals, pizza and celebrating, it’s time to wrap up one pretty wild birthday!

Important details

• Children must be accompanied and supervised by a responsible adult throughout the event.
• Complete a signed waiver for everyone entering the Wildlife Discovery Zone. You can complete it at the front counter on arrival; entry requires a completed waiver.
• Wash or sanitize your hands before entering the Wildlife Discovery Zone.
• Follow the Wildlife Educator's guidance during all animal interactions. Specific animals, handling opportunities and feeding experiences are not guaranteed and may change based on animal health, behavior, comfort and availability.
• Keep glitter, confetti, candles and other open flames out of your decorations. Do not attach decorations to walls, animal enclosures or exhibits.
• Keep food, drinks, gifts and decorations in the designated party area. Bring nothing into the Wildlife Discovery Zone without staff approval.
• Plan to handle all food preparation and serving yourself. Staff cannot portion, heat, refrigerate or store food. Take leftovers with you or discard them before leaving.
• Late arrival may shorten your experience; the scheduled party end time cannot be extended.
