- Arrive at the park at least 30 minutes before your encounter
- Wear closed-toe shoes only; Crocs, flip-flops and sandals are not permitted
- Leave dangling jewelry at home
- Complete the required waiver before participating
- Expect zoo admission to be required: it is separate for 15-minute encounters, while 45- and 60-minute encounters include limited admission
- Follow handler instructions and avoid touching an animal's face or mouth; animals can bite or scratch
- Take photos only with handler approval and use them for personal purposes only
- Animal activist groups and individuals are not permitted
Cancellation Policy
Full refund with at least 24 hours' notice. Full refund if the operator cancels due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances. No-shows are charged the full price.

Wear closed-toe shoes. Crocs, flip-flops, sandals, and other footwear that leaves your feet exposed are not permitted. Leave dangling jewelry at home.
Holding is not available with every animal and depends on the animal at the time of your encounter. Do not let an animal jump onto your head, neck, or shoulders.
Ask the person handling the animal before taking photos. Use photos and videos for personal use only.
