Cancellation Policy
Full refund for cancellations more than 14 days before departure; cancellations within 14 days are nonrefundable. In inclement weather, the captain may reschedule or cancel. If the captain cancels, you'll receive a full refund. Weather decisions are made 1 hour before departure based on actual conditions, not forecasts. Canceling due to forecasts is nonrefundable.
