Important details
- For children ages 3 and under, bring your own flotation devices and put them on before boarding; none are provided.
- The captain/crew fee is not included in the listed price. You'll pay the captain directly at $125 per hour at the end of the charter, using cash or a money-transfer app. This fee covers ice, water, an ice chest, and fuel, but not gratuity.
- Parking is paid separately and is not included in the listed price.
- Do not bring food or drinks containing red dye, including red wine and fruit drinks, as they can stain the deck and upholstery.
- Avoid using bronzers for 48 hours before your trip to prevent upholstery stains.
- Smoking and drug use are not permitted on board; vaping is allowed.
- Complete the online waiver from your confirmation email and share the link with everyone in your party before boarding.

Cancellation Policy
Full refund for cancellations more than 14 days in advance; cancellations within 14 days are nonrefundable. In inclement weather, the captain will attempt to reschedule or cancel. If the captain cancels, you'll receive a full refund. Weather decisions are made 1 hour before departure based on actual conditions, not forecasts. Canceling due to a forecast does not qualify for a refund.

Bottled water, sodas, and ice-filled coolers are provided, but food and alcoholic beverages are not. Bring your own food and drinks for your yacht charter, avoiding anything containing red dye.
A 15–20% tip based on service is suggested. Gratuity is appreciated and is separate from the captain/crew fee.
Wear clothing suitable for boating and swimming. Bring a swimsuit, towels, sunscreen, sunglasses, and a hat for your time on the water.
